Questions

Will it make things up about my business?

It answers only from pages on your own website. If the answer isn't there, it says it doesn't have that and points the customer to you. It never invents hours, prices or availability.

What if my website changes?

Tell us and we re-read it, usually the same day. Nothing on your end changes — the line stays where it is.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can get into your website's admin, it's a two-minute paste. If you can't, send us a login and we'll do it.

Which website builders does it work with?

All of them. Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoDaddy, or a site someone hand-built for you in 2011.

What happens if your service goes down?

Your website is unaffected. The chat button simply doesn't appear. Nothing about your site depends on us.

Where is my data?

On a server in Toronto. We store the pages from your public website and the questions customers ask. No customer accounts, no personal information collected.

How do I cancel?

Email us, or just delete the line from your website. There's no contract and no notice period.
